is a sacred sisterhood founded in 2017 by Shenika Marie of

Healing Thru Shenika Marie

. We are a divine collective dedicated to the spiritual, emotional, and mental elevation of Black women and women of color—while also honoring and welcoming all women who align with our sacred mission of healing, empowerment, and collective upliftment.


Rooted in the principles of

Sacred Sunday


Sacred Sunday is our biweekly virtual gathering designed for spiritual and religious individuals seeking a community of like-minded souls scheduled for 12PM Est. . Held via Zoom, this event serves as a modern, inclusive alternative to traditional religious services, offering a sacred space for connection, reflection, and healing.

Each Sacred Sunday session features a blend of sound healing, meditations, prayer, and Spirit messages, all aimed at nurturing your spiritual well-being. Our sound healing practices use vibrational frequencies to promote relaxation and healing, while guided meditations help you connect with your inner self and the divine. Prayers are shared to foster a sense of communal support and upliftment, and Spirit messages provide insight and guidance from higher realms.

Who can join IAQS?

Membership is open to all women who align with IAQS’s mission and core principles. While it centers Black women and women of color, women of all backgrounds who walk in reverence for Spirit and the sacred feminine are welcome. There are other qualifications that can be discussed with a Senior Soror.

Can I attend Queen Status events if I'm not a member?

Yes, select Queen Status events are open to the public! Public events will be clearly advertised on this site, so be sure to check here regularly for updates. We welcome all who align with our mission of healing, empowerment, and sacred sisterhood.
